62nd Annual KWWOA Conference
Individuals requiring up-to-date information for the operation of municipal and industrial drinking water and wastewater systems and labs. The training provided will target drinking water and wastewater treatment, collection, and distribution system operators, lab analyst, and engineers. The technical program has been reviewed and approved for use as continuing education by the following: KY Drinking Water & Wastewater Certification Boards, Ohio for both drinking water and wastewater, Indiana Drinking Water Program and the Kentucky Lab Certification Program. The Indiana Wastewater review is still ongoing.

Lab Analyst wanting to test for KWWOA’s voluntary lab certification and/or gain continuing education for Lab Certification may also attend.
If you wish to test for the Lab Analyst Certification, you must be registered and qualified by March 4, 2019. You may find the KLA certification application on the KLA tab of this website.
The Kentucky Division of Compliance Assistance (DCA) will also be offering surface water and wastewater treatment certification review sessions and exams during the Conference. All operators attending this class must register through DCA and be prequalified. Attendees approved for this class will also receive a partial Conference registration.
What Conference Attendees can Expect:
- Access to over 50 technical presentations April 15 – 17
- Ability to earn 18 hours of continuing education for license renewal purposes. The technical program will be posted on this page once it is submitted to the certifying authorities in Kentucky, Indiana and Ohio for approval.
- Six hours of training for Kentucky Lab Analyst on April 16th. The program will be submitted to the KY Division of Water for approval.
- Training and testing for KWWOA’s voluntary lab analyst certification. Training will occur April 15 – 17th, with testing April 18th
- Exhibit Show, April 14 – 16,
- Registration & Exhibit Hall Open April 14 from 5-7:00 p.m.
- Social events April 15th
- Networking opportunities with your peers and industry representatives.
What DCA Certification Attendees can Expect:
- Besides the training provided by DCA, attendees will also be offered access to the exhibit hall and social event on Monday, April 15th.

*These rates include training, two meals, social events, access to the exhibit hall and a two day pass on the Southbank Shuttle (set route through Covington, Newport and Cincinnati), Airporter & TANK. Nonmembers will received a KWWOA 2019 membership. For KLA certification registrants, it also includes your test fee. KLA applications must be submitted and approved by March 16, 2019.
Fees will not be refunded after March 14, 2019.

What can Exhibitors Expect:
- Opportunity to interact with and/or showcase new equipment and/or services to a large number of water and wastewater professionals/clients, in a short amount of time. The central mechanism for doing this is to purchase, at a very low price, a 10 x 10 or 30 x 40 booth for the April 14-16 Exhibit Show.
- Opportunity to expand your advertising reach through a variety of sponsorship and advertising opportunities.
- The ability to showcase your staff’s technical knowledge through participation in the 3-day training program or 15 minute mobile technical sessions in the Exhibit Hall. - 4 separate Social Events within the Exhibit Hall that allow you to talk with attendees in a relaxed atmosphere.

Each booth includes two attendees, pipe & drape, table, two chairs, signage (company name & booth number), waste basket, and for each attendee, two meals, social event, and a two-day pass on the Southbank Shuttle (set route through Covington, Newport and Cincinnati), Airporter & TANK. There is carpet in the Exhibit Hall. Special provisions may be required for the 30 x 40′ booths, based on the equipment displayed. Arrival of the equipment may have to be scheduled. Exhibitors that register online, may select their own booth. If you elect to submit a hard copy application, KWWOA will assign your booth number, but accepts no responsibility for your placement.

Banner – 5 x 16’ 2-sided polyester banner -$1,000 – Hung in the Lobby of the Cincinnati Marriott at RiverCenter, one of the host hotels, from April 14 – 18, 2019. Purchase and banner layout must be received in Adobe Illustrator Art format by March 1, 2019.
Training Room Advertisements – 9 x 8’ advertisement – $1,000 – Placed on one of the three training rooms located in the Exhibit Hall April 14 – 16. Purchase and banner design must be provided in press quality .PDF, .EPS, packaged .AI or .INDD, .PSD or .TIF format by March 16, 2019. Additional design specifications will be provided upon purchase.
