Hardin County Water District No. 2 – Water Treatment Plant Maintenance Technician

Description:

• Preforms routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance
• Electrical work
• Repair and maintain pumps, valves, motors, hydrants and other appurtenances
• Monitor performance of pumps and equipment
• Maintain documentation of all equipment maintenance and repair
• Order, repair, and replacement parts as necessary
• Clean, paint
• Mowing
• Carpentry work
• Be available for after hour calls and emergencies.
• Manage inventory of spare repair parts and keep organized.
• Buildings and grounds maintenance.
• Aid and assist other departments when called upon.
• Other duties deemed necessary by supervisor.
