Level One Sponsorship
A Level One sponsorship includes recognition of the sponsorship via signage, announcements during the Conference and within the program, a banner recognizing all Level I sponsors, one additional conference registration above those provided with your booth purchase and an opportunity to submit articles for consideration in the July H2Outlook edition.
Level Two Sponsorship
A Level Two Sponsorship includes recognition via signage, announcements during the Conference and within the program, a banner recognizing all Level II sponsors, two additional conference registrations above those provided with your booth purchase, on-screen recognition during the Opening Session and an opportunity to submit articles for consideration in the July H2Outlook edition.
Level Three Sponsorship
A Level 3 Sponsorship includes a double booth in a prime location with electricity, 7 total booth registrations, 1/4 page advertisement within the conference program (provided by the vendor), announcements, signage and a banner recognizing the sponsorship, on-screen recognition during the Opening Session, 1/4 page advertisement in the July H2Outlook edition and an opportunity to submit articles for consideration, and a one year banner on the KWWOA Website (provided by vendor).
Level Four Sponsorship
A Level 4 Sponsorship includes a double booth in a prime location, with electricity, 8 total booth registrations, full page conference program advertisement (provided by the vendor), announcements, signage and a banner recognizing the sponsorship, on-screen recognition during the Opening Session, full page advertisement in the July H2Outlook edition and an opportunity to submit articles for consideration, one year banner on the KWWOA Website (provided by vendor), 9 x 8 advertisement on an Exhibit Hall Training Room (provided by the vendor), and a 2021 Associate Membership.
