Current Membership Dues

Submit your 2013 KWWOA membership application/dues online by selecting the appropriate application below.  If you have a KWWOA account, you simply need to add your AI number or KWWOA unique ID, and the remainder of your information will populate on the form.  Prior to completing the application, we suggest that you check the accuracy/confirm you mailing information within your KWWWOA account to ensure that you receive KWWOA information in a timely manner.

While filing the application online will speed up the processing of your membership, you may also print out a hard copy application and mail it with your payment, a PDF version is also provided below.  You may also file the application online, but note during the payment process your intent to submit a check as payment.  When submitting a check, you will not be able to register for any KWWOA classes until the check is received and payment added to the order.  The check memo should reference the particular order number.

2013 Associate Membership

If you are not a certified operator nor actively working for a system, but someone who is professionally interested in the principles of the water and wastewater industry, you should apply for an associate membership.  An unlimited number of people can be added to a single associate membership.

2013 Honorary Operator Membership

If you are a retired operator who was an active member of KWWOA at the time of your retirement and who is not actively utilizing your operator's license for employment, you may apply for a Honorary membership.  Before renewing, be sure and confirm your personal information within your account to ensure that you receive KWWOA information in a timely manner.  If you wish to file a hard copy application, you may download the PDF version of the 2013 Operator/Active Membership Application above.
