You must first create an account on the site before enrolling for a membership.
What type of membership do you need?

Operator If you are an operator or system employee, a KWWOA Lab Analyst or a retired operator, you need an operator account. This account, also allows operators who are supervisors to purchase multiple operator memberships under their account and make one payment. |
Associate If you are not actively working for a system and/or are not certified, but are professionally interested in the principles of the water and wastewater industry, you need an associate account. |
Employer If you as an employer want to pay the membership dues, conference fees, etc. of single/multiple operators and you do not intend to become a member yourself, you can establish an Employer account. The benefit being that you may register multiple employees, but only have to make one payment. |
If none of these accounts fit your needs (for instance, if you just need to buy exhibitor booth space) then create a generic account.
